When something shifts... and you’re ready to meet it differently

For some, clarity begins with a diagnosis.
For others, it arrives as a quiet realisation that long-standing ways of coping are no longer sustainable.
You may finally have language for what is happening, yet still feel unsure how to move forward in a way that honours your energy, identity, and needs.

This coaching space lets you slow down, recalibrate, and build from exactly where you are. It helps you think, feel, and act with greater clarity and steadiness while respecting who you are.

This is for you if …

  • You have spent years adapting, masking, or pushing through and are ready for something different.
  • You live with cycles of burnout, shutdown, or nervous-system fatigue that drain your energy.
  • You juggle executive-function challenges, social fatigue, or a constant mental load.
  • You are a sensitive, driven person who seems to cope well on the surface, but at a cost.
  • You are a young adult untangling identity, mental health, and unmet needs.
  • You are a parent or carer who has held everything together for everyone else and now needs space for yourself.

Whether you carry a formal diagnosis or simply feel that something is out of balance, this space offers thoughtful change, lasting clarity, and support that honours the full complexity of your mind.

FAQ

Is this therapy?

No — this is coaching, not therapy. It is reflective, structured support grounded in clinical insight, but it does not offer diagnosis, crisis care, or medical treatment.

Do I need a diagnosis to join?

No. Whether you’re formally diagnosed, self-identifying, or simply feeling overwhelmed, this coaching is open to you.

Can I work on something not related to ADHD or autism?

Yes. The coaching is flexible and can support roadblocks, burnout, identity shifts, parenting strain, emotional overload, and more.

What if I miss a session?

Sessions can be rescheduled with notice. Flexible scheduling is part of the package.

Can I book a one-off session first?

If you’re unsure, you can request a clarity call to explore whether the full programme is right for you.

Bespoke Support Options

Not every question fits within a programme. If you’re looking for something more tailored, whether that’s support around a specific issue, a second opinion, or space to think with a clinician who understands complex mental health, bespoke options are available.

Sessions can be shaped around your goals, your capacity, and the format that feels most helpful.

“Dr Fran Evans is fantastic - very patient and allowed time for my daughter to open up and feel at ease. She explained things to my daughter in a way that she would understand and used analogies that were based on her interests. Fran explained the diagnosis and what that meant, in terms that we would all understand. Its really refreshing to feel that time was not an issue, and she made sure that all ofour questions were answered before the meeting came to an end. Thank you so much!!”

My daughter was tired and lacked motivation to join the meeting but Dr Evans was calm, clear, friendly and professional to ensure she got the information she needed to assess my daughter's symptoms and needs and advise accordingly.
Thank you once again for your invaluable support.

Not afraid to give a clear opinion about best strategy whilst also remaining respectful of our views and not
putting any pressure on us to take a certain path. Able to answer all queries and concerns and very reassuring. A perfect balance.
