About Dr Fran
Dr Fran is a consultant psychiatrist and neurodivergence-informed coach. She has guided hundreds of families through diagnosis and change with warmth, clarity, and practical insight. While she continues to practise psychiatry in other settings, this programme is delivered in a coaching format—practical, reflective, and intentionally outside the clinical model. It is a space to think clearly, ask better questions, and take the next right step.

FAQ
Is this group for children too?
Yes. While the core content is aimed at parents, families can include their children in the sessions whenever it feels helpful. Children may join or step out as needed, so the support can flex around each family’s comfort and routine.
Do I need a confirmed diagnosis for my child to join?
Not at all. If your child is going through assessment, or you’re just starting to explore ADHD, this programme will still support you.
Can I join if I live outside the UK?
Yes — sessions are online via Zoom. Time zone differences apply, but international parents are welcome.
Will this include medical advice?
No — this is not a medical service. Dr. Fran draws on her experience as a psychiatrist but will not offer diagnoses or prescribe medication in this group.
